About
This project focuses on designing and developing frontend interfaces for RackCorp’s service platforms, which include cloud hosting, infrastructure solutions, dedicated servers, and enterprise networking services. Instead of redesigning the corporate website, the goal was to create user friendly service interfaces that simplify how customers explore, configure, and manage infrastructure solutions.
The platforms were designed to provide a structured and interactive environment where users can easily understand service offerings, compare configurations, and initiate service onboarding.
Problem
Infrastructure and cloud service platforms often present complex technical information that can overwhelm users, especially when selecting configurations or understanding service capabilities. Many service dashboards and product pages lack clarity, resulting in confusing navigation, difficulty in comparing services, and poor user engagement.
Solution
The solution involved designing frontend service platforms that present infrastructure solutions through simplified layouts, interactive service modules, and structured configuration flows. The platforms focus on improving service discoverability, enhancing configuration selection processes, and creating intuitive navigation between multiple infrastructure offerings.
From Concept to
The conceptual approach centered on transforming technical service data into a structured and accessible digital experience. The interface design was built around modular service presentation, progressive information disclosure, and interactive configuration tools.
The development process focused on creating reusable components and responsive layouts that support scalability across multiple service categories. The final interface balances technical depth with user clarity, ensuring users can easily explore and configure solutions without feeling overwhelmed.

User research focused on IT professionals, system administrators, developers, and enterprise decision makers who regularly interact with hosting and infrastructure platforms. Research insights revealed that users prioritize quick access to technical specifications, transparent pricing models, and simplified service configuration workflows.
User Interface
The platform follows a modular and service driven interface architecture designed to support seamless service exploration and configuration. The architecture includes service discovery sections that introduce available infrastructure solutions, configuration modules that allow users to customize service plans, specification sections that present technical details, and onboarding pathways that guide users toward service activation.
