iClaim is a vehicle insurance claim management platform designed to help insurance companies handle end-to-end claim workflows after an accident. The system enables insurers to raise claims for vehicle repairs or part replacements, manage documentation, track claim status, and approve or reject claims through structured digital processes.

The platform focuses on operational efficiency, transparency, and accuracy, providing a centralized system for managing high volume insurance claims.

Problem

Traditional insurance claim processes are often fragmented, manual, and time consuming. Insurance teams struggle with scattered documentation, unclear claim statuses, delayed approvals, and lack of real-time visibility into claim progress. Manual coordination between assessors, repair centers, and approval teams increases the risk of errors and delays.

Solution

iClaim provides a centralized digital platform that manages the entire vehicle insurance claim lifecycle. The system enables users to raise claims, upload and verify documents, track claim progress, and manage approvals or rejections through defined workflows. Automated status updates, structured claim views, and role based access help streamline decision making and improve accountability.

From Concept to

Interface

The conceptual approach focused on simplifying complex insurance workflows into a clear, task driven interface. The design translates backend claim logic into intuitive screens that guide users step-by-step through claim creation, assessment, and resolution.

The interface was built using modular components and progressive information disclosure to prevent overload. The final UI balances data density with usability, allowing users to manage multiple claims efficiently without losing context.

User

Research

User research targeted insurance claim managers, assessors, operations teams, and administrative staff who handle claims daily. Research insights revealed that users prioritize quick claim visibility, clear status tracking, and minimal manual data entry.

User Interface

Architecture

iClaim follows a workflow driven interface architecture centered around the claim lifecycle. The architecture includes a dashboard overview for claim summaries, claim creation modules for new cases, detailed claim views for documentation and assessment, approval and decision workflows, and tracking modules for status updates and history.Navigation is task based, allowing users to move efficiently between active, pending, approved, and rejected claims.

Style

Guide

The style guide focuses on clarity and consistency across data heavy interfaces. The typography system uses highly readable fonts to support large volumes of structured information and tabular data.

The color palette follows a neutral and professional scheme with clear status indicators for claim states such as pending, approved, or rejected. Standardized UI components, including claim cards, data tables, workflow steps, document upload modules, and action buttons ensure uniformity across the platform. Subtle interaction feedback and responsive states enhance usability while maintaining performance and accessibility.
