Problem
Managing multiple restaurants, their menus, and daily orders manually led to inefficiencies, delays, and poor data visibility. Restaurant owners struggled with inconsistent menu updates, order tracking, and customer management, resulting in operational gaps and reduced service quality.
Solution
We developed a centralized web application that streamlines restaurant operations by integrating menu management, order tracking, and reporting in one system. With a clean dashboard, responsive UI, and data driven analytics, Drongo Restaurant ensures smooth workflow, transparency, and improved management efficiency.
From Concept to
We built detailed wireframes to define the structure and flow of the platform. The wireframes were designed to streamline event creation, worker assignment, and approval workflows. Each screen prioritized clear task flow and quick accessibility for different user roles. The structure helped visualize how managers, workers, and admins interact seamlessly within one system.
User
During research, users revealed that managing the different restaurants at the same time was very difficult. They wanted to know details about the customers demand of weather they placed a pickup order or an online order.
User Interface
The web app interface was designed to provide restaurant owners and administrators with a structured and intuitive experience. It allows seamless management of restaurants, menus, and order reports through a simplified navigation system.
Clean layouts, minimal icons, and a soft color theme ensure clarity and focus, while responsive components maintain usability across all screen sizes for efficient workflow and data management.
Style
The visual design of Drongo uses warm, energetic colors paired with clean typography to reflect hospitality, urgency, and reliability. A strong red accent highlights actions, alerts, and order statuses, helping users quickly understand what needs attention.
