We help established digital products evolve through clearer user experiences, structured interface architecture and modern frontend development. Rather than adding complexity, we focus on simplifying core workflows, improving information hierarchy and creating reusable design patterns that support future growth
For Briqhaus, our team revamped the builder-side platform used by builders and administrators. The work focused on reviewing the existing experience, identifying friction in key processes such as quotation generation and demand letter management, and restructuring the dashboard to make sales, units and project information easier to review.

The Briqhaus builder platform had fragmented project information, complex administrative workflows, and navigation challenges across entities, projects, and resources. Sales and unit statuses were difficult to scan, while quotation generation and demand letter management added friction to daily operations. Dense information layouts also reduced readability and made important actions harder to find.
We redesigned the platform with a centralized dashboard, clearer information hierarchy, and structured navigation. Dedicated sections for Sales Overview and Unit Status improved visibility, while streamlined quotation and demand letter workflows simplified routine tasks. Consistent UI patterns, better spacing, and improved chart readability created a more intuitive and efficient builder experience.

Builders need to move between project oversight, unit management, sales information and customer-facing documents without losing context. The builder-side interface needed to make those activities easier to navigate. The existing Briqhaus builder platform contained important operational workflows, but its structure made it harder to get a clear view of project progress and access frequently used actions. Our team reviewed the existing interface and reworked its layout and key processes, with particular attention to quotation generation, demand letter management and the presentation of sales and unit information. The redesigned dashboard introduces a persistent sidebar for key areas such as Dashboard, Entities, Projects and Resources. The main panel prioritizes important metrics and presents Sales Overview, Unit Status, project details and recent activity in a more readable structure.
The redesigned builder dashboard uses a persistent navigation area and a structured main panel to connect high-level monitoring with day-to-day administration.
A stable navigation menu provides access to Dashboard, Entities, Projects and Resources, helping users move between key sections.
A dedicated chart area presents sales-related information in a clearer visual hierarchy.
A visual summary helps administrators review unit status without relying only on dense tables or scattered records.
Project-related information is organized in the main workspace so users can review relevant details in context.
An activity area surfaces recent updates, helping users stay oriented as they work across the platform
Core document-related processes were reviewed and restructured to reduce friction and improve access to essential actions.

What we were aiming at was that a clinician could finish a task without stopping to look for a control. Here is how the shipped product differs from what came before it.

The redesign was informed by stakeholder discussions, workflow analysis and a review of the existing product experience, as documented in the Briqhaus project brief, and pointed to four consistent needs: operational visibility, since builders needed a clearer way to review project information, unit statuses, sales data and recent activity; simpler document workflows, as quotation generation and demand letter handling were identified as important processes needing a more streamlined experience; navigation that supports multitasking, so users could move between core areas without repeatedly navigating complex menus; and information presented for decisions, with dashboard metrics and charts needing to be easier to scan so administrators could review status and act with more context.
