We design and develop SaaS products that turn complex workflows into clear, practical software experiences. From data-driven dashboards and interactive visualizations to reusable frontend components, we help product teams bring complex systems together in a consistent interface.
Ackuity is an AI security platform focused on visibility across AI agents, connected platforms, knowledge sources, MCP servers and security-related workflows. Our work centered on the frontend experience: presenting these connected parts in a structured dashboard and providing dedicated modules for discovery, analytics, alerts and administration.

Information is distributed across agents, platforms and connected resources. Relationships can be difficult to understand from lists alone. Monitoring and governance tasks can feel disconnected.
Bring key entities into a unified Discovery view with summary cards and connected visual layers. Use an interactive graph to show connections between platforms, user groups, agents and knowledge sources.

Builders need to move between project oversight, unit management, sales information and customer-facing documents without losing context. The builder-side interface needed to make those activities easier to navigate. The existing Briqhaus builder platform contained important operational workflows, but its structure made it harder to get a clear view of project progress and access frequently used actions. Our team reviewed the existing interface and reworked its layout and key processes, with particular attention to quotation generation, demand letter management and the presentation of sales and unit information. The redesigned dashboard introduces a persistent sidebar for key areas such as Dashboard, Entities, Projects and Resources. The main panel prioritizes important metrics and presents Sales Overview, Unit Status, project details and recent activity in a more readable structure.
The redesigned builder dashboard uses a persistent navigation area and a structured main panel to connect high-level monitoring with day-to-day administration.
A stable navigation menu provides access to Dashboard, Entities, Projects and Resources, helping users move between key sections.
A dedicated chart area presents sales-related information in a clearer visual hierarchy.
A visual summary helps administrators review unit status without relying only on dense tables or scattered records.
Project-related information is organized in the main workspace so users can review relevant details in context.
Reusable patterns provide consistency across screens and leave room for future enhancements.
A centralized view of discovered agents, platforms, user groups, knowledge sources and MCP servers, combiningsummary cards with a relationship visualization.
A dedicated view for exploring AI environment metrics, activity trends, usage patterns and security insights through interactive data visualizations.
A graph-based interface displaying relationships between platforms, user groups, AI agents, knowledge sources and connected resources across the environment.
A centralized monitoring interface for tracking security alerts, reviewing detected issues, viewing alert details and identifying potential risks across connected systems.
A dedicated workspace for accessing security policies, reviewing configurations, managing governance rules and maintaining policy controls across the AI environment.
A guided interface for configuring the platform, connecting data sources, discovering AI assets and helping users complete initial setup workflows efficiently.
A centralized interface for reviewing audit records, tracking user activities, monitoring system events and maintaining visibility into important platform operations.
An administrative workspace for managing platform settings, user access, permissions, organizational configurations and essential system-level management functions.
What we were aiming at was that a clinician could finish a task without stopping to look for a control. Here is how the shipped product differs from what came before it.

The redesign focused on understanding the builder’s day-to-day workflow through stakeholder discussions, workflow analysis, and a review of the existing product. The research highlighted the need for better visibility into project information, unit statuses, sales data, and recent activity. It also identified opportunities to simplify quotation generation and demand letter handling, improve navigation between core areas, and present dashboard metrics and charts more clearly, helping builders and administrators make informed decisions efficiently.
