This project is a web based digital platform designed to simplify the vehicle ownership transfer process.

The platform allows users to calculate transfer costs, submit vehicle and buyer information, upload required documents, review invoices, complete payments, and track request status through a guided, step-by-step flow. The primary goal of the platform is to eliminate manual paperwork, reduce processing time, and provide a transparent, user friendly experience for handling legally complex vehicle transfer procedures online.

Problem

Vehicle ownership transfers traditionally involve multiple offline steps, unclear cost structures, and heavy documentation requirements, leading to confusion and delays for users. Existing digital solutions often overwhelm users with complex forms, unclear progress tracking, and poor feedback during critical steps such as document submission and payment.

Solution

The platform introduces a structured, guided workflow that breaks the vehicle transfer process into clear, manageable stages. Users are guided step by step from cost calculation and data entry to document upload, invoice review, and payment confirmation. Each stage provides contextual information, system feedback, and validation to ensure users understand what is required before moving forward.

From Concept to

Interface

The concept focused on transforming a complex legal workflow into a simple digital journey. Early design exploration prioritized reducing cognitive load by separating actions into logical steps and presenting only relevant information at each stage. This concept was translated into a clean interface featuring progressive disclosure, clear headings, form grouping, and visual step indicators. Frontend implementation ensured smooth transitions between steps, consistent layout behavior, and responsive handling across screen sizes.

User

Research

User research focused on understanding how users approach administrative and legal tasks online. Findings indicated that users value transparency in pricing, clear progress indicators, and reassurance during payment and document submission stages.

Users also preferred forms that are visually structured and easy to scan, with clear error handling and confirmation states. These insights shaped the platform’s emphasis on step based navigation, inline validation, and prominent system feedback.

User Interface

Architecture

The user interface architecture follows a linear, task-driven model supported by a clear stepper navigation system. Core sections include request initiation, invoice review, document upload, and finalization.

Each section is designed as a self-contained module with consistent layout patterns and reusable form components. The architecture ensures users always know their current step, completed actions, and remaining tasks, reducing uncertainty throughout the process.

Style

Guide

The style guide defines a consistent system for typography, color usage, spacing, and component behavior. Typography is optimized for readability across dense form content and financial information. The color system uses neutral tones for structure and strong accent colors for actions, status indicators, and confirmations.
