Repaso Order is a comprehensive food ordering platform designed to serve both customers and restaurant sellers through dedicated, role based experiences. The platform allows customers to seamlessly browse restaurants, explore menus, customize food items, and place orders with clarity and speed.

The project focuses on creating a scalable, intuitive, and efficient digital ecosystem that simplifies food ordering while giving sellers full operational control from a single interface.

Problem

Users often rely on scattered reviews, inconsistent menus, and limited photos when deciding where or what to eat. Restaurants struggle to present their offerings clearly, and customers lose time comparing options without reliable dish-level details.

Solution

Repaso centralizes food discovery by showcasing dishes, restaurant specialties, and verified reviews in one clean interface. Users can instantly browse meals, check real images, explore popular picks, and make confident choices. For restaurants, a dedicated dashboard provides insights, menu controls, and order visibility all in one place.

From Concept to

Interface

The design process began with understanding real world food ordering workflows and mapping them into clear digital experiences. Early concepts focused on reducing cognitive load by breaking complex actions such as managing multiple restaurants or order statuses into simple, guided steps. Wireframes were created to validate navigation structure, followed by high fidelity UI designs that emphasized clarity, hierarchy, and accessibility.

User

Research

User research was conducted to understand the expectations and pain points of two primary user groups: customers ordering food and sellers managing restaurant operations. Customers prioritized speed, clarity in menu customization, and transparent order status updates.

Sellers required quick access to order details, easy menu management, and the ability to control multiple restaurants from a single dashboard. Insights from this research directly influenced navigation flow, dashboard prioritization, and the overall information architecture, ensuring that each feature aligned with real user needs rather than assumptions

User Interface

Architecture

The platform’s architecture is designed around role based access and modular scalability. Customers interact with a streamlined flow focused on discovery, customization, and checkout, while sellers access a dashboard structured around key operational modules such as orders, menus, restaurants, customers, and billing information.

The architecture supports future expansion while maintaining consistency and ease of navigation across the platform.

Style

Guide

The visual style of Repas Order emphasizes clarity, trust, and usability. A clean color palette is used to distinguish order statuses and actionable elements without overwhelming users.

Typography choices prioritize readability across dashboards and customer facing pages, ensuring information is easily scannable. Consistent spacing, iconography, and component design create a cohesive experience across web interfaces.
