About
Neoja’s Betting is a web based platform designed to simplify and enhance the betting experience.
This project is a live tournament and betting management platform built for a cafe with an in-house basketball court and large display screens. The platform connects admin dashboards, user interfaces, and in-cafe big screens into one synchronized system. Admins manage teams, players, bets, and scores from a control panel, while real time match data, rankings, and results are broadcast on large screens across the cafe to keep guests engaged.
Problem
The client struggled with an outdated and confusing betting management system where users found it difficult to create players, configure teams, and place bets efficiently. The lack of a unified interface caused delays, errors, and poor user engagement. Navigating between multiple screens for match setup and tracking performance made the experience frustrating and time consuming.
Solution
We developed a centralized web platform that simplifies the entire flow - from player creation to live match tracking. The redesigned interface enables quick setup, real time performance insights, and smooth interactions, delivering a more organized, intuitive, and engaging experience for users.
From Concept to
We built detailed wireframes to define the structure and flow of the platform. Each section was carefully mapped, covering player setup, team selection, and betting logic. The goal was to create a clear and user friendly layout that simplifies complex interactions. This wireframing phase established a strong foundation for a smooth and intuitive match configuration experience.
User
User research involved understanding three core contexts: admin operations, player participation, and spectator viewing behavior. Admins needed fast, error proof workflows to manage live games without distractions. Players and bettors required transparency in how their bets impacted scores and rankings.
User Interface
The web app flow for Neoja’s Betting Area ensures a smooth user experience from setup to results. Users create and manage players in the Match Configuration Hub, assign teams and bettors, then start a game to seamlessly track performance and stats in real time.
After gameplay, the system transitions into the Ranking and Manager sections, where player stats, game performance, and overall rankings are displayed in an organized interface. The Overlay Screen enables quick updates, such as editing scores or managing players, without disrupting the main flow. Together, these connected screens create an intuitive, end-to-end experience that simplifies match configuration, tracking, and performance analysis.
Style
The style guide was designed to give the platform a bold, modern, and energetic identity. We used Bebas Neue for headings to add strength and clarity, while Neue Montreal provided a clean, readable foundation for body text. This combination creates a perfect balance between confidence and simplicity, ensuring consistency across all screens.
The color palette blends deep neutrals with vibrant, contrasting accents to enhance visual hierarchy. Together, the typography and colors create a cohesive and futuristic visual language that aligns with the platform’s dynamic purpose.
