At Briqhaus, we design and develop digital solutions that simplify construction workflows and empower builders to work more efficiently. Our focus is on blending modern design with functional precision to create seamless user experiences.

For this project, our team partnered with the client to completely revamp the builder - side platform. We started by analyzing the existing structure, identifying user pain points, and restructuring key processes like quotation generation and demand letter management. Once the functionality was streamlined, we introduced a clean, consistent design system that improved clarity and usability. The result is a modern, intuitive platform that enhances project management efficiency and provides builders with a smarter way to handle their operations.

Problem

Builders and administrators were overwhelmed by fragmented project tracking, outdated reporting tools, and scattered sales data across multiple systems. They needed a more intuitive dashboard to monitor unit statuses, generate quotations efficiently, and gain real - time insights into revenue and bookings while handling complex entity management.

Solution

After understanding the client’s operational challenges, we redesigned the Briqhaus builder admin dashboard into a centralized, streamlined platform that visualizes key metrics like sales overviews and unit statuses, simplifies project and quotation workflows, and enhances data accessibility ultimately boosting efficiency and decision - making without the hassle of manual cross referencing.

From Concept to

Interface

The Briqhaus admin dashboard was redesigned to enhance usability and efficiency for builders and administrators. A persistent sidebar was introduced, featuring a streamlined navigation menu with key sections like Dashboard, Entities, Projects, and Resources, allowing quick access to critical data. The main panel was restructured to prioritize key metrics and visual clarity, with updated charts for Sales Overview and Unit Status, alongside a refreshed layout for project details and recent activity, improving data readability and decision making.

This interface emphasizes workflow efficiency, reducing navigation steps to access or update information. Each element was strategically placed to enable seamless transitions between monitoring sales, managing units, and reviewing project statuses - all within a single, intuitive workspace. The goal was to provide administrators with greater control while avoiding feature overload.

Modular components were integrated to support future scalability and feature enhancements. Every screen was optimized for task efficiency, enabling faster management of builder operations without interrupting the workflow.

User

Research

This project focused on understanding the day to day challenges builders face while managing construction workflows on the existing platform. Through stakeholder discussions, workflow analysis, and review of current usage patterns, we identified key pain points such as complex quotation generation, inefficient demand letter handling, and unclear navigation across critical tasks.

Builders needed a system that reduced manual effort, improved visibility into project data, and supported faster decision making. These insights directly informed the restructuring of core processes and guided UI/UX decisions, ensuring the redesigned platform aligns closely with real builder workflows and delivers a more efficient, intuitive operational experience.

User Interface

Architecture

The UI/UX strategy for the Briqhaus builder admin dashboard was designed to provide a minimal, builder-friendly experience that boosts multitasking and efficiency. A clean layout system was adopted to eliminate visual clutter, ensuring rapid access to essential features such as project updates, quotation generation, and sales analytics. This streamlined approach minimizes distractions, allowing administrators to focus on critical tasks without navigating complex menus, creating a workspace that feels intuitive and purposeful.

Key enhancements include a persistent sidebar for seamless navigation between sections like Dashboard, Entities, and Projects, paired with restructured main panels featuring updated charts for Sales Overview and Unit Status. These elements improve data readability and decision-making, while recent activity feeds keep users informed of updates in real-time. The design supports quick transitions between monitoring sales, managing units, and reviewing project statuses, ensuring a cohesive workflow.

The overall design emphasizes efficiency by reducing navigation steps, fostering a sense of control within a centralized hub. Elements are strategically positioned for smooth task transitions, while the modular structure supports future scalability. This balance of usability and adaptability ensures the dashboard meets current demands and evolves with the growing needs of builders and administrators.
