Magic Finance is a mobile healthacare platform built specifically for internal operational teams to manage and track credit card applications end to end.

The platform allows users to search for doctors by specialization, view doctor profiles, check availability, book appointments, and schedule full body checkups or diagnostic services from a single interface. The goal of the platform is to create a seamless digital healthcare experience that reduces dependency on phone calls and in person scheduling.

Problem

Accessing healthcare services is often time consuming and fragmented. Patients typically rely on phone calls, hospital visits, or third party intermediaries to book appointments, leading to long wait times, unclear availability, and poor scheduling visibility. Managing appointments for diagnostics or full body checkups is even more complex, as users struggle to compare services, timings, and availability across clinics.

Solution

The app provides structured flows for discovering doctors, viewing profiles, selecting time slots, and confirming appointments, while also allowing users to track upcoming visits and test bookings in one place. Users can manage their healthcare schedules independently without relying on manual coordination or external communication.

From Concept to

Interface

The design process started with mapping the complete patient journey from discovering healthcare services to post booking management. Each step was analyzed to identify friction points, unnecessary actions, and opportunities to reduce cognitive load.

Early low fidelity wireframes were created to define layout structure, content hierarchy, and navigation patterns. These wireframes focused on making key actions like booking, viewing appointments, and accessing profiles easily reachable.

User

Research

User research focused on understanding how people search for healthcare services and manage medical appointments. Insights showed that users prioritize speed, clarity, and trust when interacting with healthcare platforms. They want to quickly find relevant doctors, see availability without ambiguity, and confirm bookings with confidence.

Research also revealed the importance of visibility into upcoming appointments and diagnostics. Users preferred having a single dashboard where they could track schedules, urgency levels, and service details without navigating through multiple screens or apps.

User Interface

Architecture

The user interface architecture was designed around a clear, task oriented structure that supports quick discovery, booking, and management of healthcare services. Navigation is optimized for mobile usage through a bottom navigation bar, enabling users to switch seamlessly between core sections such as home, appointments, categories, and profile.

Style

Guide

The visual design uses a clean and calming aesthetic appropriate for healthcare environments. A light interface with soft color tones was chosen to convey trust, comfort, and clarity, while maintaining strong contrast for readability across different lighting conditions
