A seamless digital gateway for property buyers to stay connected with their builder. Briqhaus transforms the post purchase experience into a transparent, interactive journey, where every update, documents, and conversation is just a click away.
From the first Figma wireframe to full stack development, we crafted Briqhaus with one goal to simplify and humanize the post purchase experience.
Property owners faced challenges in keeping properties information about project progress, document updates, and payment schedules, leading to communication gaps, delays, and reduced transparency throughout the property lifecycle.
Briqhaus introduced a centralized digital platform enabling real time updates, documents sharing, and direct communication between buyers and builders, improving transparency, trust, and overall project management efficiency.

The concept behind BriqHaus was to bring the clarity of a financial dashboard into the real - estate world. The design process focused on translating complex property data, such as carpet areas, unit configurations, payment milestones, and legal records into an interface that feels simple, visual, and trustworthy.
Through wireframing, interaction design, and high fidelity UI, BriqHaus evolved into a platform where users can quickly understand the status of every property without needing to interpret legal or financial burdon.

Research showed that property owners primarily wanted visibility, reliability, and control. They needed to know what they own, how much they have paid, what is due next, and where their official documents are - all without searching through emails or visiting builder offices.
Investors with multiple properties especially needed a way to manage everything from a single account. These insights shaped BriqHaus into a platform that prioritizes transparency, structured data, and easy access to critical information.
BriqHaus is structured around properties rather than documents or payments. Each user sees a dashboard of all their units across builders, with dedicated sections for unit details, payment schedules, demand letters, documents, and communication.
This architecture allows users to move naturally from a high level portfolio view to deep, unit level details, ensuring that every piece of information is always connected to the correct property.

In Briqhaus, the style guide includes in four weights like Regular, Medium, Semi bold, Bold with color palette to support hierarchy and tone.
Together, these elements form a cohesive system that balances professionalism with warmth, perfect for real estate platforms that require both trust and clarity.
