What Changed
From Manual Work to a More Predictable Daily Workflow

What we were aiming at was that a clinician could finish a task without stopping to look for a control. Here is how the shipped product differs from what came before it.

User Research

Understanding the builder’s day-to-day workflow

The redesign was informed by stakeholder discussions, workflow analysis and a review of the existing product experience, as documented in the Briqhaus project brief, and pointed to four consistent needs: operational visibility, since builders needed a clearer way to review project information, unit statuses, sales data and recent activity; simpler document workflows, as quotation generation and demand letter handling were identified as important processes needing a more streamlined experience; navigation that supports multitasking, so users could move between core areas without repeatedly navigating complex menus; and information presented for decisions, with dashboard metrics and charts needing to be easier to scan so administrators could review status and act with more context.
